If Dozebook Pro is not right for you, email dowelpages+dozebook@mail.grokbot.com within 14 days of your purchase with the email you used at checkout. No reason needed. We refund the full amount to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 business days of your request (your bank may take a few more days to show it).
Pro is a one-time digital license, so after 14 days refunds are at our discretion, except where the law gives you a right to one (for example if Pro does not work as described and we cannot fix it).
After a refund your Pro license ends and Pro should no longer be used. Your data stays on your device and keeps working with the free version.
If you were charged twice or do not recognize a charge, email us first and we will sort it out quickly.
This policy adds to your rights under consumer protection law; it does not take any away.
