Dozebook is a web app for keeping a personal sleep diary and tracking morning and evening routines. The free version is free to use with no time limit. Pro features are unlocked with a license key bought through a one-time payment. Dozebook is sold under the Dowel Pages studio brand; contact details are on the Contact page.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Dozebook and at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to buy Pro.
Dozebook only records and summarizes what you type in. It is not a medical device, does not measure sleep, and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or sleep disorder. Goals, charts, habit ideas and numbers are general information, not medical advice. If you have ongoing trouble sleeping, loud snoring, pauses in breathing, or strong daytime sleepiness, talk to a doctor. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Your data is stored only on your device (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for it, including making backups. We cannot see or recover data deleted from your browser.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Dozebook. A Pro key is for your own personal use on your own devices. Do not share, publish or resell keys; publicly shared keys may be disabled in future versions. You may not copy, resell, redistribute or reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it.
The price is shown in US dollars before you pay and is charged once through Stripe. Taxes may apply depending on your location. Pro is delivered immediately after payment. You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason, as described in the Refund Policy. This is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under consumer law.
We work to keep Dozebook available and working correctly, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Pro in the 12 months before the claim (or US$20 if you used only the free version). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.
Do not use Dozebook for anything illegal or to attack or overload the website. Do not rely on it for medical decisions.
Names of teams, leagues, services, stores or brands that you type into Dozebook belong to their owners. Dozebook is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any of them.
We may update the app and these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Changes do not take away Pro features you already paid for. You can stop using Dozebook at any time by deleting your data.
Please contact us first; most problems are solved quickly by email. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws and courts of the country where you live.
